Q2:How will the shoes be deliverd?
A: Usually shoes are sent by airlines or express like EMS and Fedex, TNT etc..
Q3:How much does sample cost?
A: For express order, unit shipping cost is around US$17. Regarding drop shipping orders, shipping cost is around US$36 per pair. For air shipment orders, please email us for detailed information.
Q4: When and how can I check on my order status?
A: Normally, We shipped out the goods to my Express agent within 1 business days after we have received your fund. The Express agent will sent out the goods when they received them from our company,and send back the tracking number to us. You can check the tracking number online within 2 business days.It need about 4 days from you sent the payment.
Q5: How long will it take to receive my items?
A: Usually shoes are shipped within 24hours after payment settled. Delivery will take about 3-4 business days.It needs 3-6 business days to get your goods normally. Sometimes the goods are delivered faster. Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.
Q6: How can I do if the goods be seized by Customs?
A: We will reship the goods to you within 4 business days if the shoes be seized by customs.

Q8:What sizes do you have?
A: Shoes size ranges usually from US7(EUR40) to US12.5(EUR47) for men and US4.5(EUR35) to US8.5(EUR40) for women. Clothes have all normal size and we have plus sizes.
Q9:Do goods come with a box?
A: Yes, each goods comes with the original box and necessary accessories. For Jordan series, they come with retro cards.

Q11: Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe)?
A: Yes. We currently ship to many international locations.
Q12: Can you reserve the goods for me until I can pay for it?
A: Yes of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we will keep them for you for one week. However, after one week, if we haven't received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else.
